Tooth & Tide Adventures provides private fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, and shark tooth hunting tours in Wilmington, North Carolina. The following policies help ensure safe and enjoyable trips for all guests.

  Reservations require a $50 deposit which will go towards your charter, charter balance to be paid prior to the trip.  Deposits are 100% refundable if canceled 3 days prior to your reservation, after 3 days deposits are Non-refundable,  but the deposit can still be used for a new booking and it will go towards your new reservation.

 If no cancellation is made and no one shows up for the reservation, you will be responsible for the full amount of the charter on your card. 

 If the Captain deems the weather unsafe and cancels the charter a 100% refund will be issued or you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date.  

 Your safety is our top priority. All charters are operated by a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Masters Captain and follow all federal and state boating safety regulations. Life jackets and required safety equipment are provided on board.  All children under the age of 13 are required by North Carolina law to wear a life jacket while underway. 

  All guests must complete a liability waiver before participating in a charter with Tooth & Tide Adventures. A secure waiver link will be sent via text message or email after booking and can be signed electronically.

Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. Please complete all waivers before your scheduled trip to ensure a smooth departure.
