Reservations/Bookings
Reservations require a $50 deposit which will go towards your charter, charter balance to be paid prior to the trip. Deposits are 100% refundable if canceled 3 days prior to your reservation, after 3 days deposits are Non-refundable, but you can use the deposit for a new booking and it will go towards your new reservation.
"No Show" Policy
If no cancellation is made and no one shows up for the reservation, you will be responsible for the full amount of the charter on your card.
Cancellation Due to Weather
If the Captain deems the weather unsafe and cancels the charter a 100% refund will be issued or you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date.
